What we collect when you visit or order, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your order. The wording, date and place you chose, your email, and the address we are shipping to. We need all of it to make and deliver the piece.
• Payment details. Entered directly with Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never see them.
• The place you search for. Sent to a geocoding service to turn a place name into coordinates. Nothing identifying goes with it.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, rough location from IP, device and browser, and which ad or link brought you here.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the order happen: Stripe for payment, our print partner for manufacturing and delivery, our hosting provider, and our advertising platforms for measurement. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell your information.

Your artwork

We keep the generated print file so we can reprint if something goes wrong in transit. We do not use your wording, dates or places in advertising.

Advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use a conversion pixel to tell which ads lead to orders. You can limit this in your Meta account settings and through your browser or device ad-tracking controls.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@inspirecustoms.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
